Rodney Hampton: Runningback

Rodney Hampton was "Mr. Consistency" after his selection in the first round of the 1990 National Football League Draft by the New York Giants after an outstanding college career as a runningback at the University of Georgia. Rodney was selected for and played in the NFL Pro Bowl for the 1992 and 1993 seasons. Rodney had been the "work horse" for the Giants by rushing for over
1,000 yards in each of his first five seasons and is the Giants all time leader in career rushing yardage (5,989), rushing attempts (1,547), and 1,000 yard seasons (5) in only six seasons.

In his "All Pro Sports Football Series" DVD, Rodney shares his life story and discusses conditioning and drills, teaches the basic fundamental techniques of the skills of a runningback and shares what he believes is required to succeed.
