Jeff Jaeger: Placekicker

Jeff Jaeger was one of the premier place-kickers in the National Football League. At the University of Washington, Jeff set the NCAA record for most field goals in a career. As a professional, Jeff was selected as an All-Pro in 1991 and participated in the Pro-Bowl in 1992. In 1993, Jeff was the NFL's leading scorer and tied the NFL record for most field goals in a season with 35.

Jeff worked hard to maintain his excellent physical condition and was a model of precision and control. He routinely practiced kicking footballs into narrow uprights to ensure his accuracy on game day giving him the ability to score field goals from over 50 yards away when called upon to do so.

In his "All Pro Sports Football Series" DVD, Jeff shares his life story and covers his conditioning program, his equipment, his strategies for different types of kickoffs and his techniques for kicking field foals and points after touchdowns.
